Built on 15+ years of hands-on experience in retail, I've worked across the full cycle - from sales and store operations to logistics, product, visual merchandising, team building and execution.
My background includes store launches, pop-ups, sample sales, event project management, logistics, as well as store openings and closures - giving a full understanding of how retail operates at every stage.
